Charlie Ohlén and Nils Hagberg founded BRYM in Stockholm, Sweden, in early 2025. Grounded in an algorithm honed over 20 years, our strategy is to prove the impact of focus training where it matters most — in high-stakes professional environments.
We are tackling The Focus Crisis starting with one factory, one company, and one vertical at a time, delivering measurable results every step of the way. Our vision is to make training the mind as common and accessible as training the body. We are building the world's first true Gym for the Brain, designed to help people unlock their full cognitive potential.

Charlie is BRYM’s "Patient Zero," having personally trained his focus since he was six years old. With extensive experience in the neurofeedback industry, he leads the mission to solve the focus crisis, driven by a fascination with the peak cognitive performance found in elite sports like goalkeeping, e-sports and formula 1.
With 15 years’ experience as a Product leader in building and scaling human-centered technology, Nils is the architect behind BRYM's product strategy. Motivated by the philosophy that technology should serve the human agenda, he leverages this expertise to design a practical solution for reclaiming focus in a distracted world.
